Where is Byrch Furniture made?
Our Byrch brand upholstery is proudly built in Calgary, Alberta, using locally sourced and ethically harvested materials. We also supply curated furniture selections from manufacturers across Canada and other parts of the world.
How long has Byrch been in business?
We’ve been designing and handcrafting furniture for over 45 years.
What makes Byrch different from other furniture stores?
Every piece is made to order with traditional methods, with modern functionality, and uncompromising attention to detail. We don’t mass-produce—we build furniture one piece at a time to last for generations.

Can I customize my furniture?
Yes! Depending on what type of furniture you are considering, you can choose the size, colour, fabric, wood finish, and details to make each piece uniquely yours.
What kind of materials do you use?
We use high-quality, locally sourced solid woods, durable fabrics, and eco-conscious finishes. Sustainability is a core part of our process.
Do you carry ready-made furniture?
Most of our pieces are custom-built to order. However, we often have a selection of floor models and in-stock pieces available for faster delivery.
Orders & Delivery
How long does it take to receive my order
Production times vary depending on the piece and level of customization. On average, you can expect 8–12 weeks from order to delivery.
Do you deliver outside of Calgary?
Yes, we deliver across Alberta and into parts of BC. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by region.
Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?
Absolutely—you can choose local pickup.
Care & Warranty
How do I care for my Byrch furniture?
We’ll provide care instructions with your purchase, but in general: clean with a soft, damp cloth, avoid harsh cleaners, condition wood and leather as recommended.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes, all Byrch furniture comes with a warranty against defects in craftsmanship and materials. Coverage varies by piece — visit our Warranty & Returns page or ask our team for details.
