DELIVERY INFORMATION

At Byrch, every piece is built to order with care. Once your furniture is ready, we’ll make sure it gets to you safely and seamlessly.

Local Delivery (Calgary & Area)

  • We offer white-glove delivery within Calgary and surrounding areas.
  • Our team will bring your furniture into your home, place it in the room of your choice, and handle all assembly.

Timelines

  • Most custom orders are completed within 8–12 weeks.
  • Once your furniture is ready, we’ll contact you to schedule delivery at a time that works for you.
  • If you need your furniture by a specific date, it is best to allow up to 16 weeks as some of our products do require a little extra time that is outside the average —we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Pickup Option

  • Prefer to pick up your order? You can choose free pickup from our Calgary showroom or warehouse.
  • Please bring the right vehicle and assistance for loading—we’ll help on-site, but customers are responsible for transport and setup after pickup.

Damages & Issues

  • Every piece is inspected before it leaves our workshop.
  • If your furniture arrives damaged or with a defect, notify us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
